About
Offline Arcade started as a shared spreadsheet between three friends who kept losing their mobile connection during commutes. We got tired of games that froze the moment the tunnel swallowed the signal, so we began collecting the ones that actually worked offline and writing honest notes about them.,The whole idea is simple: a small editorial team plays each game for several days, not just ten minutes. We note how the controls feel, whether the game nags you to go online, how much space it eats and whether it stays fun after the first evening.,We pick games across genres on purpose. Some weeks we're deep in a turn-based RPG, other weeks we're racing or sorting tiles on a puzzle grid. If a game needs a constant connection, it doesn't make it into the catalog, no matter how shiny it looks.,Nobody tells us what to write. Every rating comes from the person who actually finished the sessions, and we keep our reasoning visible so you can disagree with us.
